Your responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of flooring installation projects on site
- Coordination of workflows and team scheduling
- Point of contact for customers, craftsmen, and subcontractors during the construction phase
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and safety regulations
- Documentation of construction progress and preparation of reports
- Monitoring construction site costs and managing change orders
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in flooring or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in project or construction management
- Several years of professional experience in construction management, preferably in flooring installation or general trades
- Organizational skills, assertiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Class B driving license
- Good knowledge of construction plans, MS Office, and common construction management software
- Teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, and customer orientation
- Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
